[art] character revamp & creation

hello! I'm in the market for some art. preferably, a revamp, double side ref, of Cato and a character design.

for this design, I'm looking for a double side ref of an Arabian stallion, a graying black with minimal sabino, a white bald face, soft brown eyes, and two front stockings. his name is going to be Veldbloem's Average Joe, called Jojo for short.

My art's open ^_^ I can do both things. Here's  My DA :) 

I'd charge  I think 300K for the ref revamp ( flexible depending on what you're looking for for the ref)

and I think I charge 450K for character design ( flexible also)
