*Missing/Late Foals Bug Masterpost

Hey Abbey, the foal I mentioned on the first page still hasn't been born yet.

Here is something new for me. Lately my Appy foals were born 1 day late. Never missing just late. The hearts would disappear on the 5th day and they would be born on the 6th day after breeding. Then I could rebreed on the 7th day if I wanted. Today my hearts disappeared on the 4th day after breeding. Might be the foals will be born tomorrow. Just odd the heart disappears 1 day early. Looks like the mares were trained today, even though they should still be expecting. I'm only mentioning this in case it helps with the foal problem. I'll post again if they are not born tomorrow but it's pretty consistent that they are 1 day after the hearts disappear. So they should be born on time now just odd about the vanishing hearts.

I also put my stallion Hundred Fantasies to a broodmare (I think it was this one) who also seems to be missing a foal, and it says she was bred 4 days ago but isn't pregnant (like my own mares)

 Kodiak and I have been "trading off" some breedings; for the most part all has gone well until this last pairing. here is her request for the last one that shows the date she sent it and what stud she wanted to use. kodiac has requested a breeding with this horse to your stud, Imari'sSilverLining(90.81). 2017-07-01 10:28:46

I did approve the request and it would have been his first foal.

the dates are not matching up my stallion shows bred 5 days ago the mare says 3 days ago and does NOT show as being pregnant at all. The foal should have been born today. I asked Kodiak to lock her mare for now so this can get worked out before she is too old to rebreed. I will give her a second breeding if you can fix the issue and the foal can not be found

Okay.

I have tried fiddling with the code a bit, and updating pregnant mares should be separated from the rest of the daily horse tasks (aging, losing hunger/happiness, etc).

If you're missing foals, please could you wait a couple of days and see if the foals turn up.  If they don't, please let me know on here.

I'm sorry to those who have been waiting and waiting - instead of fixing individual foals I've been trying to figure out what's going wrong with the code as a whole.  I've tested it over and over myself, and the foals always turn up fine and pregnant days count down correctly.  The only thing I can think that might be happening is that the script is lagging and is somehow missing the pregnant countdown and foals aging up.

I will birth foals if this latest fix doesn't work, but please give it a couple of days - your foals might be a few days behind rather than it immediately fixing itself on your next login.

I have my foal, but the mare is still pregnant O.o

I posted this separately because I wasn't sure if my foals could be considered "missing or late" at this stage, but they will be tomorrow.

^{As far as I can tell, foals are still being birthed on the day it should be, just the pregnancy displays are 'frozen'. For example my trake gave birth today as she should have done, but her pregnancy timer still says 2 days to give birth. All of my pregnant horses haven't progressed in the timer, including the ones that gave birth yesterday.}
