Importing Time is Over!
I have now officially closed access to importing old accounts from the previous version of Equiverse. As promised, I have imported all horses from the previous version of the game who is a sire or dam of a horse that exists in the current version.

Your horse pedigrees should now no longer show "Deceased" unless the horse didn't exist on the old game any more.

Creative Team
We have a small creative team going on Discord which help to write out little encounters for Leisure Riding among other new projects. If you would like to be involved, please check out this topic. For those of you already on the team, please check Discord occasionally ;) our sessions are largely impromptu or are scheduled a couple of days in advance.

Topics of Discussion
I would to raise awareness (and would like opinions if you have anything to say!) on the following topics:
- The possible merger of groups and clubs
- Game Events
- The long-debated subject of Foal Art

I like the idea of merging Clubs & groups. I'm also very excited about new Game Events. (I've made a couple of suggestions in the post.) As for foal art, new art is always a pleasure but its novelty wears off. For me personally, I'd rather be able to do something with our foals. I'd love to be able to train our foals or show them or put them in riding schools. (I'd actually love to be able to do all 3 some day, but for right now I would be thrilled with just one of them.)

Foal art would be wonderful and I hope this comes to pass. For the other two topics, any thing that that we has members would like to do in just fine with me. Thank you Abby for this very cool game.

@Valzed - one isn't exclusive of the other though, foal training is definitely coming. The majority of the work with foal art would be done by the breed artist, not by myself, so I don't see how the two can be compared really. The only work for me with regards to foal art is renaming the files and changing the image path of the art based on the horse's age. Easy peasy.

I liked the idea of filling in the 'deceased' gaps in the pedigrees when I first read about. It would be nice to not have 'deceased' gaps anymore, I thought.

But I must admit the actual implementation of it disappoints me somewhat. Or rather, it effectively ruined several of my studs and breeding plans, because to my utmust surprise my second and third generation horses didn't just get a parent back where the 'deceased' gap was... They got a whole bloody pedigree - even where previously, it said 'foundation' rather than deceased.

I haven't checked all my second and third generation horses, which I've been carefully hoarding, yet, mostly because I don't dare. I don't want to see all my plans fall to ruin/end up in need of serious overhaul and more investments than I can afford at the time.

Hello, Abbey! i love this game! I'm a professional disabled/retired Horsewoman in real life and would love to get in on the creative aspect of Equiverse and join in on the making of the game. I have 35 yrs personal Equine experience and would to share this with others.

Great to finally see the pedigrees populated again!

Just a minor bug: the pedigree pages still list the importing FAQ, i.e. "Deceased? But it existed on the old EV..." etc, which can all be removed now.
